Shipping Policy

We currently ship to some major cities of India. Kindly check before placing the order.

We offer both COD and Prepaid payment options.

A discount of Rs.50 is available on prepaid orders above Rs.500. For COD (Cash on Delivery) payments, there are additional cash handling charges of Rs.50.

Shipping charges of Rs.51 apply on orders below Rs.1000. Enjoy free shipping on orders above Rs.1000.

For Express Shipping, it takes 2–3 days and costs Rs.101 as shipping charges.

Standard Shipping time is 7 to 10 days.

There is a Free Express Shipping option available. To avail this, your order must be above Rs.2000.

To ensure that your order is delivered on time, please provide complete address details, including house number, floor, street name, landmark, city, and pincode.

Please make sure to do video recording of the parcel when you open it.

Return and Exchanges

Bhriguvaani provides hassle-free returns on all products (except clearance sale and festive sale). We just ask that you do not use the products and keep them in their original condition.

Bhriguvaani only accepts return/replacement claims made within the first 48 hours after delivery.

All returns are collected by us free of charge.

If the product you have received is damaged/missing/wrong, just make a proper unboxing video:

1. Must show the label on the package pasted by Bhriguvaani

2. Must be without any pauses or cuts

3. Must show the product properly

Refund Policy

Once the item is returned as per the policy, we will refund the amount to the debit card, credit card, or UPI used for the original purchase.

We will process all refunds within 2–5 days.
The time taken for the refund to be credited to your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Important Information

During the photography process, we make every effort to accurately reproduce the appearance of each product we sell. However, circumstances outside of our control — such as monitor settings — can affect how colours appear on your screen.

Colours are subjective, and their interpretation can vary from person to person.

If you are unsatisfied with the colour of any product (note: this policy does not apply to combo sets and gift sets) you receive, you may return it for a full refund under our return policy.

We are unable to accept responsibility or cover the return shipping costs if there is a variation in colour within our images or descriptions.
